小山羊过独木桥

下午，小白羊要去河对岸去采野花，小黄羊去河对岸吃青草，他们高高兴兴地来到小桥边。

In the afternoon, the little white sheep will go to the other side of the river to pick wild flowers. The little yellow sheep will go to the other side of the river to eat grass. They happily come to the bridge.

可是河上只有一道狭窄的独木桥，只能一个人通过。他们同时走到桥中间，谁也不让谁。只听见扑通一声，他们都掉进了河里。幸好水不深，他们都爬了上来，他俩想：如果我们谦让一下就不会掉进河里了！

But there is only a narrow single wooden bridge on the river, which can only be passed by one person. They went to the middle of the bridge at the same time, and no one allowed them. All they heard was a plop, and they fell into the river. Fortunately, the water was not deep, and they both climbed up. They thought: if we give way, we won't fall into the river!
