龟兔比赛

这是乌龟和兔子的首次比赛。乌龟在赛前加紧训练，做好了充足的准备；兔子则不以为然，根本不把对手放在眼里。比赛开始了，兔子向前跑着，不时回头张望，眼见乌龟还在慢腾腾地爬着，心想：“冠军非我莫属，先休息一会儿也无妨。”于是在路边的一棵树下倒头睡了。最终的结果想必大家非常熟悉，乌龟坚持到底赢得了胜利。

This is the first race between tortoise and rabbit. The tortoise stepped up the training before the match and made sufficient preparation; the rabbit didn't take it seriously and didn't pay attention to the opponent at all. At the beginning of the competition, the rabbit ran forward, looked back from time to time, and saw the tortoise still slowly climbing, thinking, "the champion is not me, it's OK to have a rest first." So I fell asleep under a tree on the side of the road. The final result must be very familiar to all of you. The tortoise insisted on winning in the end.

启示：在敌强我弱的情况下，不要气馁，应该坚持不懈，待对手犯错误时抓住机遇，赢得最终胜利。同样，对企业来说，在创业阶段，大多数企业无论是在资金积累、人才储备还是在核心技术、品牌服务等方面大都处于劣势，尚不具备与大企业和知名企业抗衡的实力。因此，这些企业在与大企业的竞争中，首先要认清自己，不要与优势企业盲目竞争，同时要树立信心，努力寻找可以紧紧抓住并可以大有作为的重要发展机遇，发挥自身的比较优势。

Enlightenment: in the case of the enemy's strength and weakness, don't be discouraged, we should persevere, seize the opportunity when the opponent makes mistakes, and win the final victory. Similarly, for enterprises, most of them are at a disadvantage in terms of capital accumulation, talent reserve, core technology, brand service and so on. They do not have the strength to compete with large enterprises and well-known enterprises. Therefore, in the competition with large enterprises, these enterprises should first recognize themselves, not blindly compete with advantageous enterprises, and at the same time, they should establish confidence and strive to find important development opportunities that can tightly grasp and have great achievements, so as to give full play to their comparative advantages.
