今天，我在新蕾作文班上了一堂有趣的课：学会了区别韭菜和葱。

Today, I had an interesting lesson in Xinlei composition class: I learned to distinguish leeks from onions.

上课时，刘老师从抽屉里拿出了一把青青的蔬菜。同学们异口同声地说：“是葱。”刘老师摇了摇头，说：“韭菜的叶子是长长的，扃扃的，而葱的叶子是圆圆的，空空的。”

In class, Miss Liu took out a handful of green vegetables from the drawer. "It's scallion," the students said in unison Liu shook his head and said, "the leaves of leeks are long, and the leaves of onions are round and empty."

这节课告诉我们，一定要养成仔细观察、认真比较的好习惯。
