Does Diploma Matter 学历重要吗

It is a common phenomenon that when peoplego to find jobs, they usually need to take their diploma with them since mostvacancy have certain requirements, especially they demand certain diploma. Somepeople think that we should pay attention to diploma because they think people withdiploma can be competent to do certain jobs. However, some people don’t thinkso. They believe people with experience can do jobs better than those people withdiploma. In my opinion, I think diploma do nothing difference.

当我们去找工作的时候，通常需要带学历过去，因为很多职位都会有一些要求，特别是关于学历的要求。一些人认为我们应该关注学历，因为他们认为有学历的人可以胜任某些工作。但是，一些人就不这样认为。他们认为经验比学历更重要。就我来说，我认为学历并不重要。

First of all, diploma proves nothing. Diplomais a certification that people have attended some classes while it can notprove that they have practical experience. It is said by many people that somestudents only know how to study while with no ability to deal with things.

第一，学历证明不了什么。学历只是一个证明，证明这些人参加过相应的一些课程，但是不能证明他们有实际的经验。很多人说一些学生只是知道怎么学习，而不知如何做事。

Secondly, diploma can be faked. In order toget good jobs, some people spend money on buying fake diplomas so that they canbe hired by big company. In recent years, many fake diplomas have been exposedby press. On this point, diploma is not trustable.

第二，学历可以造假。为了找到好工作，一些人会花钱买假学历来进入大公司。最近几年，许多的学历造假时间被媒体揭露出来。所以，就这一点来看，我们不能太相信学历。

All in all, diploma has no relation topeople’s ability. Besides, diploma can be faked. Therefore, we shouldn’t paytoo much attention to diploma.

总之，学历与个人能力无关，也可以造假。所以，我们不应该太关注学历。
