跆拳道

今天，妈妈带我去体育馆，参加跆拳道考级，跆拳道是我最喜欢的一种体育运动，他共分十级，我已经从白带、黄带、黄蓝带、升到蓝带了。

Today, my mother took me to the gym to take part in the Taekwondo test. Taekwondo is my favorite sport. It is divided into ten levels. I have been promoted from white belt, yellow belt, yellow blue belt to blue belt.

我每星期都抽时间去练习，争取考上红带和黑带。跆拳道重品德教育，要爱祖国、主持正义、尊师重道，不为非作歹。我要做一个全面发展的好孩子。

I take time every week to practice and try to get into the red belt and black belt. Taekwondo attaches great importance to moral education. It should love the motherland, uphold justice, respect teachers and value the way, and do no evil. I want to be a good child with all-round development.
