我即将跨入中学的大门，成为一名中学生。回想起之前付出的辛苦，再看看现在的成功，快乐和酸涩涌上我的心头。

I am about to step into the gate of middle school and become a middle school student. Recall the hard work before, and then look at the success now, happiness and sour surge into my heart.

几年来，无论在闷热的夏天，还是在寒冷的冬天，在温暖的学而思教室里，总能看到我的身影。我从学习一些基础的单词到现在已经会读几百字的英语文章，参加考级；从做一些基本的算数题到复杂、较难的应用题。

In recent years, no matter in the sultry summer, or in the cold winter, in the warm classroom of XRS, I can always see my figure. From learning some basic words to now, I can read hundreds of English articles and take part in the examination; from doing some basic arithmetic problems to complex and difficult application problems.

俗话说：“梅花香自苦寒来”。有付出就一定会有收获。但学习不能过度劳累，要学会劳逸结合，在学习2小时的情况下应该休息10--20分钟，缓解眼力疲劳。

As the saying goes: "plum blossom fragrance comes from bitter cold". If you give, you will get. But study cannot overwork, should learn to work with rest, should rest 10-20 minutes under the condition of studying 2 hours, alleviate eyestrain fatigue.

要想成功，光付出努力还不够，要学会上课认真听讲，思维跟着老师走，活学活用，举一反三。不能盲目记笔记、抄答案，要理解这道题意思，才能真正记住方法。

If you want to succeed, it is not enough just to work hard. You should learn to listen carefully in class, follow the teacher in thinking, learn to use flexibly, and draw inferences from one example. We can't take notes or copy answers blindly. Only by understanding the meaning of this question can we really remember the method.

在考二中分校前，我参加了一个二中分校的辅导班。学习几次课后就会进行语、数、英三课考试，这几次考试的成绩对我成入二中分校有很大的帮助。

Before I took part in the examination of the No. 2 middle school, I took part in a tutoring class. After several times of study, I will have three tests of language, mathematics and English. The results of these tests are very helpful for me to enter No.2 Middle School.

在考试那天，我报考了二中和东直门这两个学校。二中分校是先进行了量化，然后去考了口试。口试主要是读一篇英语小短文，用英语回答几个小问题。然后东直门中学却是三科综合的考试。也是先读一篇英语小短文，用英语回答几个问题，再问你三科哪科课最难？为什么？最后给你出一些奥数和语文题。

On the day of the examination, I entered for the second middle school and Dongzhimen school. No.2 Middle School has first quantified and then taken the oral examination. The oral test is mainly to read an English passage and answer some small questions in English. Then Dongzhimen middle school is a comprehensive examination of three subjects. Also read an English essay first, answer a few questions in English, then ask you which subject is the most difficult? Why? Finally, I will give you some Olympiad and Chinese questions.

我去东直门中学考完试后，二中分校就给我们打了电话叫我们过去。我顿时欣喜若狂，迫不及待地过去。教导处主任告诉我们，我只能上普通班，开学后再参加数学实验班的考试。这条消息犹如倾天霹雳般把我的心情由太阳便成了乌云。经过大家的商量，最终还是决定跟二中分校签约了。

After I went to Dongzhimen middle school for the test, the second middle school campus called us to go there. I was ecstatic and couldn't wait to pass. The director of the teaching department told us that I can only take the ordinary class and take the math experiment class test after the school starts. This news is like a thunderbolt that turns my mood from the sun to the dark cloud. After discussion, we finally decided to sign a contract with No.2 Middle School.

当时，我也暗暗下定决心，在这短短的几周里努力学习数学，争取考上数学实验班。现在我正在参加学而思分班考试的补习班，我相信，有付出就一定有收获。

At that time, I also secretly made up my mind to study mathematics and try to get into the mathematics experimental class in these short weeks. Now I am taking part in the cram school of XRS. I believe that if I give, I will get something.
