我种了一棵石榴树

秋天，红艳艳的大苹果扒开绿叶往外瞧；小红灯笼似的枣子挂满了枝头；像紫玛瑙的葡萄一串串地挂在葡萄架下。真迷人呀！但最使我喜爱的还是我家院子里的那棵石榴树上挂满的金石榴，因为这棵树是我亲手栽培的，要知道，它的身上凝聚着我多少心血啊！

In autumn, the big red apple opens the green leaves and looks out; the jujube like a small red lantern hangs all over the branches; the grapes like a Purple Agate hang under the grape trellis. How charming! But what I like most is the gold pomegranate hanging on the pomegranate tree in my yard, because this tree is planted by myself, you know, how much hard work I have concentrated on it!

那是三年前的事。阳光送走了严冬，迎来了春天，在那春光明媚的三月里，绿化祖国、美化校园的活动开始了，学校号召我们每个人养一盆花或种一棵树。我积极响应号召，种了一棵石榴树。我还暗暗地下了决心，不管遇到多大的困难，都不泄气，无论如何要把它种活，让它快快长大。有一次，由于施尿肥太多，小树又经不住太阳的炙烤，弯下了腰，树叶没精打采地垂着头。这一下，我可急了，赶紧浇水冲肥。第二天小树竟直起了腰。就这样，小树渐渐长大了，第二年春天，它抽出了嫩绿的幼芽，红里带绿，慢慢地又变成了深绿。到了初夏，石榴树开出了火红的花，像是燃烧着的小火把，远远望去，又像绚丽的晚霞。那一簇簇的石榴花，像一个个小喇叭似的，花瓣中间星星点点的淡黄色的花蕊在抖动着，那一片片椭圆形的叶子，一朵朵美丽的石榴花，都在金色的阳光下点头微笑，好像在欢迎我这个小主人。

The school called on each of us to raise a potted flower or plant a tree. I responded positively to the call and planted a pomegranate tree. I also secretly determined that no matter how hard I met, I would not be discouraged. I would like to plant it alive and let it grow up quickly anyway. Once, due to the application of too much urine fertilizer, the small tree could not stand the sun's baking, bending down, the leaves drooped listlessly. This time, I'm in a hurry. I'll water and make fertilizer. The next day the little tree straightened up. In this way, the small tree grew up gradually. In the next spring, it drew out tender green buds, red with green, and slowly turned into dark green again. In the early summer, pomegranate trees bloom red flowers, like little flaming torches, looking from afar, like gorgeous sunset. The cluster of pomegranate flowers, like a small trumpet like, in the middle of the petals dotted with light yellow stamens shaking, that piece of oval leaves, beautiful pomegranate flowers, nodding and smiling in the golden sun, as if to welcome my little master.

中秋八月，石榴花结成了果实，那就是石榴。石榴慢慢长大，长到和苹果差不多大小时，先是淡黄色的外皮，渐渐地变成淡红，最后变成了深红，直至金褐色，这时，它的表面也不那么平滑了。石榴熟透了，有的像炸蚕豆似的炸开了，像小孩儿张大了嘴，露出了整齐的牙齿，好像要吃什么似的。它向人们报告成熟的喜讯，给我带来莫大的快乐。我摘下几个大石榴，分给小伙伴们品尝，大家都说好吃。听了小伙伴们的赞叹声，我心里自然高兴。我想，这也许就是劳动的欢乐。

In August of the Mid Autumn Festival, pomegranate flowers form fruit, which is pomegranate. When pomegranate grows up to about the same size as apple, it first has a light yellow skin, and gradually becomes light red, and finally becomes dark red, until golden brown. At this time, its surface is not so smooth. Pomegranates are ripe. Some of them are like fried broad beans. They open their mouths like children. Their teeth are neat. They seem to be eating something. It reports the good news of maturity to people and brings me great happiness. I picked some big pomegranates and shared them with my friends. They all said they were delicious. I am naturally glad to hear the praises of my friends. I think this may be the joy of labor.

今年，石榴花开得比过去猛，石榴也比过去结得多。我培育了第二代石榴，让更多的人分享。我也愿全国小朋友都来种树养花，把祖国装扮得更美。

This year, pomegranate flowers are blooming faster than before, and pomegranates are growing much faster than before. I have nurtured a second generation of pomegranates for more people to share. I also hope that all children in the country will plant trees and flowers to make our motherland more beautiful.
