Devil Wears Prada has long been a firm fan favourite and staple DVD in any comedy buff's collection.

In the deleted scene Meryl's character shows a vulnerability that wasn't there before and it also gives an unseen glimpse into her challenging private life - that may explain her tough exterior. Andy prepares to leave the party early to be with her boyfriend on his birthday.
