The Growing Trees 生长的树木

It is known to all that today the environment has been badly polluted. Though many action have

been taken to protect our environment, it still has a long way to go. Two years ago, I went to middle school, and the first moment I saw the environment, I found that trees were very small, and many workers were busy planting trees. Now, when I looked around our school, the trees were taller than people and they grew so fast. People always talk about planting trees but less of them can take action. If they plant trees immediately, then there would be more green scenery. Protecting the environment is not just words. We should take action right now.

众所周知，今天的环境已经被严重污染。虽然我们采取了很多行动去保护环境，但是仍然还有很长的路要走。两年前，我上了中学。第一次看到校园的环境时，树木非常小，有很多工人正忙着种树。而如今，当我环顾四周时，树比人还高了，它们成长的速度非常快。人们总是说要植树但是没有采取行动。如果他们早日采取行动，那么会有更多的绿色风景。保护环境不仅仅是说说而已，我们应该马上采取行动。
