HBO senior vice president of drama Francesca Orsi has revealed that the programme's stars were forced to read their death scenes at a read through of the final episode.

The TV boss appeared at the Best of HBO panel at the INTV Conference in Israel and delivered the bombshell that multiple major characters will be killed off.
