巧手妈妈为女儿花样编发：这不是发型是艺术

A clever mum has gained more than 100,000 fans on Instagram by posting pictures of the incredible braids she creates for her daughter.

一位心灵手巧的妈妈为女儿编出了精美绝伦的发辫，因而在Instagram网上获得了超过10万名粉丝。

Shelley Gifford, from Melbourne, Australia, braids her daughter Grace's hair every morning and posts photos of the intricate hairstyles on her Instagram account, Pretty Little Braids.

这位妈妈名叫Shelley Gifford，来自澳大利亚墨尔本，她每天早晨都会为女儿格蕾丝编辫子，并且将这些精美的发型拍摄成图片，发布到一个名叫“小辫子萌萌哒”的Instagram页面上。

'She’s always had her hair braided, since she was a toddler,' Ms Gifford told Daily Mail Australia. 'She’s perfect, she sits so still because she doesn’t know any different. It's her morning quiet time.'

“从她还是个小不点的时候起，她就每天都要编辫子，”Gifford太太说，“她非常听话，坐在那儿一动不动，因为她只会想着这一件事情。她知道这是她每天早晨的静坐时间。

The mum says that generally it only takes her 15 to 20 minutes to do Grace's hair before school. If she's attempting something more difficult or time consuming she leaves it for the weekend.

Ms Gifford said she always loved braiding but really got creative with it when she discovered the online braiding 'community'.

She then started her own Instagram account and Facebook page to post pictures of the styles she did on Grace's hair, but never expected the accounts to be so popular.

接着她注册了自己的Instagram账号和脸书网账号，并且在这些网页上发布了自己为Grace编好的时尚发辫，不过她没想过自己的页面居然会如此受欢迎。

She said that whilst the account has generated a lot of attention online, in real life she tries to keep it 'low key' for Grace and make sure the photos focus on the styles and not her young daughter.

她说，尽管她的页面在网上吸引了许多人关注，但在现实生活中，她会设法让Grace保持低调，保证拍出的照片以发型为重点，而不是她的小女儿。
