The pair was spotted this week in Los Angeles during a secret commitment ceremony.

"They held a secret commitment ceremony in LA and exchanged Cartier promise rings," a friend told Life & Style.

Just when you thought all this Jelena news was too much to handle, the source spilled Bieber's true intentions.

"Justin has wanted to take Selena back to his native Canada and marry her," the source spilled.

Apparently, these days, Bieber only has eyes for Gomez. On Tuesday, a source told Hollywood Life, "He promised to give her a 100 percent monogamous relationship, and swore off seeing other girls. Selena is feeling stronger than ever and more secure than ever in her relationship with Justin."

The couple was recently seen in an upscale department store in Toronto on Sept. 6, holding hands and publicly smooching. This is just three days after Gomez hinted in an interview that she was single, according to Hollywood Life.

As they wandered through Holt Renfrew, Bieber, 20, was wearing a red sports jersey and an oversized hat, while Gomez, 22, looked dashing in skinny jeans and a cape coat.
