中国手机网速全球第二慢

According to GSMA, the speed of mobile broadband connection in China is rather low, second lowest only to India, the Information Times reported.

据《信息时报》报道，全球移动通信协会称，中国的手机宽带连接速度全球第二慢，最慢的是印度。

While India and China lag well behind, with average access speeds of only 19 kbps and 50 kpbs, respectively, these speeds are projected to cross the 1,000 kbps mark by 2017. Operators in India will then have an average mobile broadband speed of 1,037 Kbps, whereas in China, the speed will be 1,384 Kbps.

印中两国目前的平均连接速度分别为19 kbps和50 kpbs。尽管速度非常之慢，但是都有望到2017年时超过1000 kbps，分别达到1037 kbps和1384 kbps。
