Once a long long time ago

all people has four legs and two heads.

And then the god threw down

thunderbolts and split everyone into two.

Each half then had two legs and one head.

But the separation left both sides with

a desperate yearning to be reunited.

Because they each shares the same soul.

And ever since then, all people spend

their lives searching for the other half

of their soul.

很久以前

我们有四条腿和两个脑袋

上帝用雷电将每个人一劈两半

每一半只有两条腿和一个脑袋

被劈开的每个“半人”都渴望重新结合
