体坛英语资讯：Talisca earns only goal as Evergrande beat Guoan to reach Chinese league 2nd place

BEIJING, Sept. 14 -- Anderson Souza Conceicao (Talisca) netted the only goal in Guangzhou Evergrande's 1-0 win over Beijing Guoan in a Chinese Super League(CSL) game played on Friday.

After the victory, Evergrande is now back at the second place of the CSL table alongside Guoan with a game in hand.

The league's defending champions dominated the match, but it remained scoreless in the first half.

Talisca almost gave Evergrande lead in the fifth minute, but his free kick found the goalpost. In the 35th minute, the 24-year-old Brazilian missed a one on one chance.

Guoan earned a penalty kick in the 60th minute under VAR (Video Assistance Referee) help, but Brazilian international Renato Augusto's powerful shot was denied by Evergrande's goalkeeper Zeng Cheng.

Goulart's goal was disallowed in the 74th minute, because Zheng Zhi knocked down his opponent before contributing the pass.

Talisca broke the deadlock before the final after receiving Goulart's outstanding overhead pass. The fresh man had scored 12 times in 10 CSL matches.

As one of three CSL title favorites in the year, Shanghai SIPG grabbed a big win in its 22nd round match. Although Johnathan Aparecido earned the first goal for Tianjin Teda in the fifth minute, Shanghai SIPG turned the table before the half whistle.

Givanildo Vieira de Souza (Hulk) enlarged SIPG's advantages to two in the 59th minute. His compatriot Elkeson de Oliveira Cardoso changed the score to 4-1 in the 63rd minute.

Oscar dos Santos and Li Yuanyi earned a goal for two sides respectively before the full time. With the three points, SIPG climbed to the first place in the league standings.

In another game played on Friday, Tianjin Quanjian lost to Dalian Yifang 1-0.

Evergrande will face SIPG on September 18, the rescheduled 13th round battle's winner may got the year's CSL title.
