Children love animals. But children in cities now have few chances for contact with live animals. A kindergarten in Beijing creatively solved the problem by setting up a small-scale zoo. More than 300 animals in about 50 categories are raised in the mini-zoo. Swans, monkeys, alpacas and red-crowned cranes are among the animals raised at the zoo, which is approved by authorities.
