高中英语绝佳复习备考资料解码书面表达:日记

  日记

  所谓写日记就是用文字记述自己一天生活中发生的有意义或重要的事,用来描述自己对某些事的感受以及自己未来的打算等。

  格式上一般要求写清日期及天气。年、月、日和星期写在日记第一行的左上角,天气情况写在日记第一行的右上角。日记一般总是用第一人称来写,时态则多用一般过去时、现在完成时或一般现在时。如要强调写日记的地点,则可将地点写在日期的后面。日记中常用的词语有:today;this morning;tonight;now;till now;I have...;first;then;at last;there;hold;attend;take;on foot;by bike;happen to;help;be late;do;on one’s way to;across;climb;feel;happy;delighted;sorry;sad等。

  写好英文日记应注意以下几点

  1.把握好事情要点,写出有意义的“大事”来。写作时,要把握好重点,不要写成记“流水账”的日记,否则日记就失去意义,无可读性可言。

  2.把握好日记所要求的时态。日记是记述当天已发生的事,因此在时态上应体现一般过去时的特点。当然在具体描述时也可能用到过去进行时(如:He was then writing an article for a newspaper when we went to invite him to join us.),甚至在日记结尾时还要用一般现在时(如:Now I feel very happy because I have learned...)。

  3.开好头,结好尾。英文日记往往记述一件有一定意义的事情,开篇时可简单地介绍一下这一事情(如:Today,I visited a farm belonging to my uncle...;It is my birthday today...),而日记的结尾常常要谈谈自己对今天所经历或所发生的事情的感受或认识,故有Today I felt sad because I saw...;I feel really delighted that...;I decided to...等结尾性语言。

  4.用好过渡性语言,使文章流畅自如。在具体操作时,不能只顾记述事实,而忘记语句间的连贯。日记以记述事件过程为主,因此往往以时间为写作线索,这样表示时间的过渡性语言的使用就显得尤为重要,如:first;then;at last;finally;at that time;now;in the morning;at night;at noon等。

  范例:下面一段文字叙述了你在2010年9月1日(星期三,天气晴)在班里所经历的事。

  新学期开始了,你们班级转入了一名父母在北京工作的美国男孩;Jack的到来给班级注入了新鲜血液。同学们与Jack热情沟通。由于语言的限制, 大家交流起来有一定的困难 。

  请写一篇日记记录此事,并谈谈自己的感受。词数100左右。

  (1)注意时间顺序。

  (2)可适当增加细节,以使文章意思连贯。

  (3)感想的表达不宜过多,应控制在两句话之内。

  Today an American boy named Jack joined our class.He came to China together with his parents who

  would work as engineers in Beijing.

  All of our classmates were curious about him and his life in America.Jack was also curious about China.We asked lots of questions about each other.It was in English that we communicated with each other,because Jack knew little about Chinese.Of course,we couldn’t understand Jack sometimes.We even drew some pictures to help express our ideas.Wasn’t that funny? And I realize that to make China a country that is willing to communicate with other countries,the Chinese have to grasp foreign languages well.
