Corinthians striker Ronaldo admitted on Thursday that he is placing his own money against the team facing his rival in the title of this year's Brazilian Championship.

Ronaldo will return to the field on December 5 to face Goias in his team's last game of the Brazilian Championship. The team needs to win on the road in order to help its chances of winning the tournament.

First place Fluminense will host Guarani on Sunday. In order to give incentive to Guarani and beat the first place team, Ronaldo polemically stated that would help in create a reward if the visiting team can avoid Fluminense from scoring.

Ronaldo stated that he sees no problem in giving an extra incentive to a team in order to win a game or at least prevent a goal. When asked how much he intends on rewarding, Ronaldo jokingly advised to ask his agent.

Trailing Fluminense by one point, Corinthians hopes that Guarani can hold the leader to a draw, allowing the team the chance to beat Goias and win this year's tournament.
