China opposes any country using domestic laws to carry out "long arm jurisdiction" against Chinese entities or individuals, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Tuesday.

本周二，中国外交部一名发言人表示说，中国反对任何国家用其国内法律来对中国实体或个人采取“长臂管辖”。

The US Department of Justice said it had filed criminal charges against China’s Dandong Hongxiang Industrial Development Co. and its executives for supporting the nuclear program of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s (DPRK), according to news reports.

据资讯报道，美国司法部表示，他们已经对中国丹东鸿翔实业发展有限公司及其高管提起了刑事诉讼，其原因是他们对朝鲜的核项目提供了支持。

Spokesperson Geng Shuang said China’s position on the DPRK’s development of nuclear weapon and the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is clear and consistent.

外交部发言人耿爽指出，在朝鲜核武器发展以及朝鲜半岛无核化等问题上，中国的立场是明确和始终如一的。

China has earnestly and faithfully been implementing UN Security Council Resolution 2270 and fulfilling its obligations in non-proliferation export controls, he said, adding that China’s efforts are well known by the international society.

耿爽指出中国切实、忠诚地执行了联合国安理会第2270号决议，并且履行了防止核扩散出口管制的义务。耿爽补充说道，中国的努力国际社会众所周知。

Any person or company found in breach of the regulations will be punished, and if necessary China will cooperate with other countries on this on the basis of mutual respect and equality, Geng told a daily press briefing.

耿爽在一场每日例行资讯发布会上指出，任何违反这些规定的个人和公司都将受到惩罚，如果有必要的话，中国将在相互尊重和平等的基础之上，和其他国家就该问题进行合作。

"We have made this position known during recent communications with the US side," Geng said.

耿爽说道：“在最近和美方的沟通交流中，我们已经向其表达了我们的这一立场。”
