2008年12月13日雅思作文预测

　　入选理由：很诡异啊～!政府类的话题自从今年8月下旬以来在上海考区都没怎么考过。难道是考官编不出政府类的题目了?应该不会，最大的可能是集中在12月一次出个够。

　　二级预测:社会现象类

　　入选理由: 其实专门要求对某个社会现象进行讨论的该类话题在2008年已经沦为了弱势话题。但毕竟是很久没考过了，毕竟往年该话题每年还是会考4-5次的，因此还是注意一下喽!关于具体可能考什么社会现象，大家记住：离现在太近太local的现象是不会考的，倒是3，4个月前发生在世界范围的社会现象有可能成为考试的题目。

　　入选理由: 由于上海考区上一次考的是教育类话题，不排除2连庄的可能性。
