Some people believe that giving aid to poorer countries has more negative effcects than the positive effects. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
显然,写这篇文章的开头最主要的任务就是通过paraphrase的方式引出topic中所述的观点,但是仅仅这样做的话一来开头显得比较突兀二来字数也偏少,因此这个时候嘿嘿,就该轮到什么登场亮相了啊? 什么!? 这位大哥你是不是跟我一样当宅男当得太久了啊? 这个时候当然是要轮到我俞老师上课反复强调的传说中的秘.法----追根溯源法登场了! 为什么会有人认为给予不发达国家经济援助不好呢?当然是因为肯定有人先提出了要援助贫穷国家这样一种主张喽!为什么会有人提出这种主张呢?当然是因为世界上一直一来不同的国家之间经济实力悬殊这一无奈事实所造成的啦!这样是不是我们的introduction就有点东西好写了呢?
It can not be denied that fianacial differences have been existing beween different countries . For this reason, some people propose that it is the duty for the developed countries to provide financial aid to the countries that are economiclly inferior to them, which, has been counter-argued by some critics believing the negative effects of the practice outweigh the positive ones . The latter opinion, as far as I am concerned, has its reasons to a large extent.
接下来就应该先把富国援助穷国这种做法的利与弊在脑海里先brainstorm一下,结果发现我能够想到的这种做法的坏处要多于好处这种情况之下主体结构最佳选择无疑就还是经典的三对一结构了!
Admittedly, it does have certain benefits if the rich countries provide financial aid to the poorer ones. With the financial aid, the economy in the recipient countries may see substantial growth and the ties between the various countries might be further strengthened as well.
While the benefits of the practice seem to be evident, the practice may also bring some problems which may potentially result in serious negative effects. To begin with, the practice doesnt necessarily ensure a delighing economic gowth in the recipient countries as it is highly possible the beneficialry countries become over-dependent on the fiancial aid from the outside and slow down the steps to develop the domestic economy independently . Moreover, some kinds of foreign aid,which are conditional and purposive, tend to interfere with the internal affairs of the recipient country and even hinder the growth of national industry. Last but not least, the effectiveness of the practice is also questionable as the fund supposed to help the people in need more often than not goes to the corrupted offials and benefits little the masses.
上面这一段有个小小的缺憾就是没有用到举例论证,一是为了避免字数过多,二是想到的例子难免跟政治有关,而雅思考试明文规定是不谈政治的.
From the above analysis, it has to be admitted there are a few benefits in providing financial aid to the poorer countries. Nevertheless, the benefits are evidently dwarfed when being compared with the more problems the practice might lead to. For this reason, I reaffairm my conviction that rich countries prioviding financial support to the poorer ones is not always a bless.
这种三对一结构的文章结尾基本用事前准备好的套句就可以了,当然这些套句一要保证不是已经被全国人民广泛使用的那种二是要确保语言漂亮,给考官留下一个善始善终的印象.
