　　if：是否一般用在口语中，通常只能引导宾语从句，可以和whether 交换使用。常用在wonder 等动词之后。

　　26. till ，until都直到之意。

　　till：多用于口语。在肯定句中，与表示持续动作的动词连用，表示某个动作或状态延续到为止：在否定句中，一般不能置于句首。

　　He didnt join the army till th civil war broke out. 直到战争爆发，他才参了军。

　　until：比till更为正式，可以置于句首，更适用于引导较长的从句或强调句中。常用短语：not until 直到才。

　　He did not go to bed until he had made sure that nothing was wrong wilh the pipes. 直到他确信水管没毛病了才去睡觉。
