　　Online gaming has become tremendouslypopular among students, but there are some who think that online games should be banned on campus. If these games where banned, then say, students would not have this temptation to destroy their chance at an education by wasting hundreds of thousands of hours in gaming.

　　网络游戏已经变得非常的流行在学生中间，但是一些人认为校园内应该禁止网络游戏。他们说如果禁止网络游戏，学生就不会有这种企图摧毁他们的一次受教育的机会,浪费了数十万小时游戏。

　　Others, however, others feel that such a ban would be useless. For one thing, students would just find another way to play games if they truly want to, and, for another, banning something often backfires, since it makes the banned thing even more attractive than before. It would be much more effective, they say, to look at the roots of the problem: immaturity, loneliness, depression, fear of failure-issues best addressed by family, friends and student counselors, not a ban.

　　另外，一些人觉得这样禁止不会起到作用。一方面，学生如果想他们会另外一种方法去玩游戏如果他们真的想玩，另一方面，禁止一件事往往事与愿违，禁止一件事反而让它变得更有吸引力。禁止玩游戏会让游戏变得更有吸引力，追寻问题的根源，造成学生喜欢玩游戏的原因是他们不成熟、感到孤独、忧愁、害怕失败。最佳的解决办法是靠父母、朋友、辅导员，而不是仅仅禁止。

　　In my opinion, banning the online games on campus won t solve the problem fundamentally. As college students, we should control ourselves and struggle with an online gaming addiction. We d better prepare ourselves well in college for the future, not waste too much time on games.

　　在我看来，禁止玩游戏不会从根本上解决问题。作为大学生我们应该有自制力来与网络游戏斗争，我们在大学准备自己的未来，而不是浪费大把的时间在游戏上。
