For instance, many a time we have witnessed the whole thing come to be obvious because of network public opinion. In response to its growing influence, some people are in favor of network public opinion. They maintain that it represents the genuine ideas of the public, since people are entitled to express themselves freely on the Internet. On the contrary, others lay emphasis on the negative aspects. They argue it is the free expression that leads to quite a number of irresponsible remarks and even rude personal attacks on networks.
