　　分析主干:We re saying... and... you re disposable.

　　句中含有多个分句，具有口语色彩。从大的结构上来说，是and 连接两个分句构成的并列句。前一个分句的谓语动词是are saying,它带了两个宾语从句:we want you to...和we re going to look...。in terms of 后面的what 引导宾语从句。后一个分句含两个when 引导的时间状语从句。

　　译文：我们一直在说我们想让你们在这些地方工作，至于我们的法律是怎么规定的，我们会装糊涂。然后，当我们方便的时候，或者当我们可以着力证明加强国防安全的必要的时候，尤其是在9.11 以后，这时，你们就可以打发掉了。
