　　Well let me think, I suppose my grandmother Linda is the one who keeps a healthy lifestyle. Grandma Linda loves nature. When I was a child, my grandma often decorated the courtyard with flowers and plants. You see, it could be the best way for humans to reach natural world.

　　Grandmother Linda finds some ideas for healthy lifestyle. First of all, she became a vegetarian when she was young and has a fat free diet more than 50 years. Secondly, she drinks tea every day. According to a scientific study, tea is better than coffee, for tea can lower fat in our body, fight cancer and protect our heart. Meanwhile, she doesnt stay up late and does lead an orderly life. As an old saying goes, healthy is happiness. My grandmother leads a healthy lifestyle and lives happiness.
