一、用英语组织教学,创设使用英语的环境。
1、我在小学英语教学随笔过程中尽可能少地说汉语,而是通过手势、眼神、动作、音调等辅助手段来组织教学。用英语组织教学能增加学生的语言实践机会,创设英语氛围,培养学生直接用英语思维、表达的习惯。实践告诉我,小学英语随笔英语听说训练中,这几步是密切相连的,是一条有效途径。在训练中,充分发挥学生的主体作用,启发、鼓励学生之间相互提问和对话,这样老师问学生、学生问老师、学生问学生,就由单向到双向、由双向到多向,有利于学生掌握所学的语言材料,从而保证了听说训练的质量。
