衡阳江边现多具死婴

　　4月23日下午1时半左右，衡阳湘江西岸外滩石头锅子酒楼附近的观景平台旁，三位小男孩正在平台滩涂上，用稀泥掩埋一具婴儿尸体，稀泥上满是飞舞的苍蝇。
