台湾与日本渔业谈判

　　In April 10th, Taiwan and Japan during the 17 years of negotiations on fisheries have made progress, according to the two sides signed in Taipei on the afternoon of the same day the agreement, Japan agreed to Taiwan fishermen fishing in the waters near the Diaoyu islands.

　　4月10日，台湾与日本历时17年的渔业谈判有了进展，根据双方当天下午在台北签署的协议，日本同意台湾渔民在钓鱼岛附近海域捕鱼。

Taiwan's "foreign minister" Lin Yongle said, "the government based on the sovereignty of the me, putting aside disputes, peace and reciprocity, common development" principle, basic stance to maintain the Diaoyutai sovereignty, fishing right invariant, "will not be used for fishing rights; sovereignty", both sides will continue consultations related issues, putting aside disputes.

　　根据台日协议，日方将把钓鱼岛“专属经济区的一部分指定为日台共同管理海域，允许台湾渔船在该海域作业，但日方不允许台湾渔船进入距钓鱼岛12海里以内的日本“领海。台湾“外交部长林永乐表示，政府基于“主权在我、搁置争议、和平互惠、共同开发原则，维护钓鱼台主权、护渔权的基本立场不变，“不会用主权换渔权;台日双方将就相关议题持续协商、搁置争议。
