自从龟兔赛跑兔子输给了乌龟后，它一直很不服气，于是它就去找乌龟商量，决定再比一次。

经过调查，乌龟确实服用了大量的“兴奋剂”。终于，兔子获得了一枚珍贵的饿金牌，而乌龟却因为服了“兴奋剂”被禁赛五年。
