包饺子

星期六，我和妈妈到菜场上买了几张雪白的饺子皮和一些红红的肉想回家包饺子。

一回家，我就飞快地收拾好东西，拿出干净的盘子和雪白的饺子皮，等待着妈妈切好肉。过了一会儿，肉切好了，我赶忙拿出几张饺子皮，熟练地包了起来。我先拿了一张饺子皮，摊在手上，又放了一些肉。最后，我把饺子皮折成了一个半圆形，用大拇指和食指轻轻地按几下边，使边合在一起。我看着一个完整的犹如贝壳似的饺子粉墨登场，心里美滋滋的。

As soon as I got home, I quickly packed my things, took out clean plates and snow-white dumpling skins, and waited for my mother to cut the meat. After a while, the meat was cut. I quickly took out some dumpling skins and wrapped them skillfully. I took a piece of dumpling skin, spread it on my hand, and put some meat. Finally, I folded the dumpling skin into 1.5 circles, and gently pressed the edges with my thumb and index finger to make them close together. I watched a complete dumpling like a shell come on the stage, happy in my heart.

当吃到自己做的饺子时，我觉得这是最好吃的饺子了，因为是自己用汗水换来的。

When I eat the dumplings I made, I think it's the most delicious dumpling, because it's my own sweat.
