现在人们外出，都得用车，但汽车尾气排放，污染环境，大煞风景。

我想发明一种汽车，遇到交通堵塞时，可以飞上天。遇水则可以变成船，在水上游。而且开动起来，没有尾气排放。这样的汽车既不污染环境，而且会给人们的出行带来方便。
