爬楼梯

今天，我们老师让我们爬楼梯，从一楼爬到七楼，然后自己体会一下其中的滋味。妈妈问我:“老师让我们爬楼梯的目的是什么？”我说：“不知道。”妈妈说：“那你先去爬吧！自己认真体会。”准备开始爬楼梯，爸爸妈妈在家里开着门看我爬。

Today, our teacher asked us to climb the stairs, from the first floor to the seventh floor, and then experience the taste of it. My mother asked me, "what is the purpose of the teacher for us to climb the stairs?" I said, "I don't know." Mother said: "then you go to climb first! I really feel it. " Ready to start climbing the stairs, mom and dad at home open the door to watch me climb.

我准备好后，撒腿往楼上冲去，速度很快，一眨眼就到了七楼，我返身冲了下来，腿有点麻，下来没有感觉。第二趟我又冲了上去，感觉都快站不住了。第三趟我上去了，感觉特别热，口渴，我都把大衣脱掉了，心跳跳得太快了，腿麻了。第四趟我跑上去，特别热，口渴，出了好多汗，心跳剧烈，我都一屁股坐在楼梯上，衣服湿透了。第五趟我慢慢上去了，头发像刚洗完澡一样，心跳比刚才还快。第六趟我下来时都要爬下了。

When I'm ready, I'm going up the stairs. It's very fast. In a blink of an eye, I'm on the seventh floor. I'm back and running down. My legs are a bit numb. I don't feel it when I get down. The second time I rushed up again, I felt almost unable to stand. The third time I went up, I felt very hot and thirsty. I took off my coat. My heart beat too fast and my legs were numb. The fourth time I ran up, it was very hot, thirsty, sweated a lot, and my heart beat violently. I sat on the stairs, my clothes were wet. The fifth time I went up slowly. My hair was like I had just taken a bath. My heart beat faster than before. The sixth time I got down, I had to climb down.

我的体会是：不管多困难的事，只要坚持就能完成。

My experience is: no matter how difficult things, as long as adhere to be able to complete.
