MOSCOW, Aug. 25 -- Cameroonian football star Samuel Eto'O, three time African player of the year, has arrived in Moscow Thursday, joining the Anji soccer club from Dagestani town of Makhachkala.
Before transferring to the Russian club, Eto'O has played for the Inter Milan.
The 30-year-old player is an Olympic champion, winner of the Africa, Spain and Italy Cups, and a three-time winner of the UEFA Champions League.
He said he would start his career in Anji "from scratch" after signing a three-year contract.

According to the reports, Eto'O will receive 800 million rubles (over 28 million US dollars) a year.
The Cameroonian became a second foreign player in the Anji club after Brazilian Roberto Carlos.
