接力比赛

11月8日下午大课间，我们兴奋不已——三年级秋季运动会开始了。第一个项目就是我们最喜欢的接力比赛，我们像一群高兴的小兔子，蹦蹦跳跳的下楼了。

On the afternoon of November 8, we were very excited - the third grade autumn sports meeting began. The first event is our favorite relay race. We are like a group of happy bunnies, jumping downstairs.

首先我们得做热身，有的同学做蹲起，有的同学做踢腿，有的同学压腿。我也不例外，先是做了二十次下蹲，又做了四个八拍的压腿，还做了五十次高抬腿以及侧踢腿。

First of all, we have to do warm-up, some students do squatting, some students do kicking, some students press the leg. I was no exception. I did 20 squats, four eight beats of pressing legs, fifty high lifts and side kicks.

刚做完热身老师就把我们带到了比赛地点，激烈的比赛开始了。看着七班全体同学兴高采烈的表情，我觉得我们肯定可以胜利。前三位同学发挥得很出色，我们暂时名列前茅。可到了第四位同学却“掉了链子”，他没抓住接力棒儿，棒儿掉在地上。这下我们的心情一下子就从兴奋不已到了非常紧张，我们都为他大喊：“加油！”加油声此起彼伏，响彻云宵。在大家的加油声中，那位同学转身弯下腰抓起棒儿，拼命向前冲去……最后虽然我们不是第一，可我们没有责怪他，因为我们拥有一个团结的集体。

Just after the warm-up, the teacher took us to the competition place and the fierce competition began. Looking at the cheery expression of all the students in class seven, I think we can definitely win. The first three students did well, and we are at the top for the time being. But the fourth student "dropped the chain". He didn't catch the baton and it fell to the ground. Now our mood suddenly changed from excited to very nervous. We all shouted for him: "come on!" The cheers come and go, resounding through the cloud night. In everyone's cheering, the classmate turned around and bent down to grab the stick and rushed forward desperately In the end, although we are not the first, we did not blame him, because we have a united collective.

这次比赛我收获很大：班集体的荣誉要靠每个人的努力，需要大家团结一致，齐心协力。

I have gained a lot in this competition: the honor of the class depends on everyone's efforts, and we need to unite and work together.
