自家烧烤羊肉串

每当夜幕降临，油田的小吃街上，就能看到烤羊肉串的烟缕缕升起，并不时飘来串串香味。

虽然吃着别人烤的羊肉串特别香，但是总觉得缺少点什么？对了，自己烤一烤羊肉，可是我内心最大的愿望，今天我终于梦想成真了！

开始串羊肉了，我左手拿着铅子，右手挑起一片红红的羊肝，用铅子的尖去扎羊肝，没想到羊肝摸着软软的，像棉花糖一样，串起来却很吃力，我费了好大的劲，才把这一片羊肝串到铅子上。我越串越顺手，一连串了好几串，不仅有羊肝，还有羊肉，虽然串得不是非常满意，但我却很知足。

I didn't expect that the mutton liver felt soft, like marshmallow, but it was very hard to string. It took me a lot of effort to string this piece of mutton liver onto lead. I string more and more smoothly, a series of several strings, not only liver, but also mutton, although the string is not very satisfactory, but I am very satisfied.

我叔叔借来了一个炉子，准备就绪，炭火被点着了，闪着红光，发出劈里啪啦的响声！炉子旁边放着许多佐料，我不慌不忙的那起三串羊肝放在炉子上烤。烤到一半的时候，我用油刷沾了一点羊油，在肝上上下来回地刷。油亮亮的，然后我又捏点孜然、辣椒面、盐撒在上面，闻着香香的。

My uncle borrowed a stove. It was ready. The charcoal fire was lit, glowing red and making a crackling noise! There are a lot of seasonings beside the stove. The three strings of mutton livers that I didn't hurry up were baked on the stove. When it's half baked, I dip a little sheepskin oil in the oil brush, and brush it up and down on the liver. The oil is bright, and then I pinch some cumin, chili noodles, salt and sprinkle them on it, smelling fragrant.

啊！香喷喷的肝烤好了，真诱人，我吃了一口，味道好极了，我从来没吃过这么香的羊肉串，我越吃越香，越吃越有劲，又接连烤了好多，大人们都对我的手艺赞不绝口。
