可爱的乌龟

我有一只可爱的乌龟。它的眼睛小小的，像两颗黑色的珍珠；鼻子尖尖的，上面还有两个小孔；嘴巴大大的，像一个黑色的洞。它的壳硬硬的，像一座小山。它的爪子非常锋利，像一把把小刀。它的尾巴尖尖的。

I have a lovely turtle. Its eyes are small, like two black pearls; its nose is pointed, and there are two small holes on it; its mouth is big, like a black hole. Its shell is hard, like a hill. Its claws are very sharp, like a knife. Its tail is pointed.

我的乌龟喜欢吃火腿肠。每次我都把火腿肠放到盆子里，让它慢慢地吃。它睡觉的时候趴着，样子十分可爱。

My tortoise likes ham sausage. Every time I put the sausage in the basin and let it eat slowly. It lies on its stomach when it sleeps. It looks very cute.

有一次，我带着我的乌龟和别人的乌龟比赛，看谁跑得快。可它真是个“缩头乌龟”，总是不肯动。后来又来了一只百年大龟。那百年大龟爬得好快，一下子就跑到了终点。但是我的乌龟还是一动不动。我急得大叫：“你快点动啊，快点！”可它还是不动。于是，我把它倒提着，它竟然还是不动！我失望极了，把它装进盒子，拎着盒子气呼呼地走了。

Once, I took my tortoise to compete with other tortoises to see who ran fast. But he's such a "shrinking turtle" that he refuses to move. Then came a hundred year old turtle. The hundred year old turtle climbed so fast that he ran to the end of the race. But my turtle didn't move. I cried out in a hurry, "move quickly, hurry up!" But it didn't move. So, I carry it upside down, it still doesn't move! I was so disappointed that I put it in the box and carried it away in a huff.
