记一次家务

去年春节的时候，姥姥家来了不少人，当然少不了我了。我们大家一起在姥姥家吃中午饭。

During the Spring Festival last year, many people came to grandma's house, of course, I was indispensable. We all have lunch at Grandma's house.

吃完午饭后，家人有的去看电视，有的打扑克，只见姥姥一个人在那里收拾餐桌。我想：我应该去帮姥姥收拾一下，毕竟我不是小孩了。

After lunch, some of the family went to watch TV, some played poker and saw grandma cleaning the table alone. I think: I should go to help grandma clean up, after all, I am not a child.

于是，我跑到了客厅，先把碟子放在一起，再把碗叠在一起，两只手从下面慢慢地端起来，一步一个脚印，小心翼翼地把碗碟拿到厨房去，生怕把它们打碎了。“小心点、慢一点”这句话在我心里不停地叨念着，直到走到了目的地，将碗碟完好无损地放在桌子上，我的心才放平静。

So, I ran to the living room, put the dishes together first, then fold the bowls together, and slowly carry them from the bottom, step by step, carefully take the dishes to the kitchen, for fear of breaking them. "Be careful, slow down" this sentence in my heart kept on saying, until I came to the destination, put the dishes intact on the table, my heart just calm.

然后，我又迅速地跑回客厅，把桌上的残留食物擦到了垃圾桶里，再用干净的抹布把桌面擦得干干净净，仿佛在闪着金光。

Then, I quickly ran back to the living room, wiped the leftover food on the table into the garbage can, and then wiped the table clean with a clean rag, as if it was shining golden.

看着自己的劳动成果，心里开心不已，别提有多甜了。

Looking at the fruits of their work, I feel very happy, not to mention how sweet it is.

只见妈妈面带微笑的走过来对我说：“儿子，你真长大了。能帮姥姥干活了。”
