小实验

有一天，科学老师说：“回家把小苏打和白醋混到一块，再点燃一根火柴放在水面上方会出现什么结果。”

我想再试一试，先把小苏打粉倒进小碗里，再倒进白醋。碗里发出“嗤嗤”的声音激烈地冒出雪白的泡泡，像水煮开了一样；难闻气味一下来了。我又划了一根火柴，慢慢接近水面，离水面一厘米的地方火又灭了。
