假如有个星期八

一个星期有七天，五天工作，两天休息，虽然一个星期的时间很充足，但我多么渴望有个“星期八”，这天，是人和动物共同的假日。

There are seven days, five days to work and two days to rest in a week. Although there is enough time in a week, I am eager to have an "eight day", which is a common holiday for people and animals.

星期八一大早，百灵鸟就急匆匆地往动物学院飞去，作为身在21世纪的鸟，它深深地感到，只有一副好嗓子是不行的，要全面发展了，这不，它到学院学跳舞去了。

星期八，袋鼠一家人到动物电脑店，买回了一台袋鼠样子的电脑 ，原来的四四方方的电脑，也改出这种型来了。电脑刚安装好，小袋鼠便上了互连网，哇，好多内容呀，有电影，有搜索，还有资讯等等。全家乐翻了天。

小狗带着伙伴一起去超市购物，一下子买了好多好多的商品，足足装满了一口袋，原来要过冬天了，口粮要准备好，以免冬天挨饿。动物们还考虑得真周到。

The dog took his partner to the supermarket for shopping. He bought a lot of goods at once, and filled a bag full of them. It was going to be winter, so he had to prepare rations to avoid starvation in winter. The animals are thoughtful.

小老虎一起床就飞快地穿好衣，怎么这么急？原来，它要坐收音机去孟加拉，去探望它的兄弟孟加拉虎。自从来到中国，几个月没回家了，终于有一天要团聚了，真令人高兴！

The little tiger quickly put on his clothes when he was in bed. Why is it so urgent? It turned out that he would go to Bangladesh by radio and visit his brother Bengal tiger. Since I came to China, I haven't been home for several months. It's so nice to finally have a reunion one day!

人们也很开心，因为这天没有压力，能尽情玩耍，要到哪儿去就去哪儿，没人管，非常自由。

People are also very happy, because there is no pressure on this day, they can enjoy playing and go wherever they want. No one cares. They are very free.

但我从来没过过星期八，难道它藏起来了？如果真有个星期八，我一定要过，哪怕只是一天。快乐、轻松的星期八，你在哪儿？
