我的家乡

我的家乡在赣州市沙石。以前那里只有一条弯弯曲曲、坑坑洼洼的羊肠小道，每当汽车经过时，只见尘土飞扬，天空灰蒙蒙的，弄得我们睁不开眼睛，满身都是灰尘。公路两旁低矮的房屋，都是土做的，破烂不堪。大块的草坪上什么建筑也没有，长满了杂草。虽是家乡，却没什么好印象。

My hometown is Shashi, Ganzhou City. There used to be only a winding, potholed track. When the car passed by, we saw dust flying and the sky was gray, which made us unable to open our eyes and covered with dust. The low houses on both sides of the road are made of earth and in a state of dilapidation. There were no buildings on the big lawn. It was overgrown with weeds. Although it's my hometown, I don't have a good impression.

过了三年，我又来到了我的家乡，可我已经找不着她的影子了。因为贫穷、落后的小村庄不见了，映入眼帘的竟是一座繁华、热闹的小镇。弯弯曲曲的羊肠小道修成了宽敞、笔直的水泥马路，公路两旁的土屋变成了高大、漂亮的别墅。草坪上建起了希望幼儿园，小朋友们正在开心地唱歌跳舞呢。

The zigzag catwalk has been built into a spacious and straight concrete road, and the earth houses on both sides of the road have become tall and beautiful villas. Hope kindergarten has been built on the lawn. The children are singing and dancing happily.

我的家乡变化真大呀！短短几年，就从一个贫穷、落后的小村庄，建设成了一座繁华、热闹的小镇，农民在此安居乐业，过着幸福的生活。
