做冰沙

今天烈日炎炎，我和姐姐做完作业感到非常热，便决定做一次冰沙。

Today is a hot day. My sister and I feel very hot after finishing our homework, so we decided to make a smoothie.

首先，我们拿来两个杯子，往杯子里装满水，然后倒掉一口，为什么倒掉一口呢？因为我们倒得太满，没办法倒蜂蜜了，没有蜂蜜可不好喝。接着加入蜂蜜，用筷子搅拌均匀。最后我们把杯子放入冰箱。

First of all, we take two cups, fill them with water, and then pour one. Why pour one? Because we pour too much, we can't pour honey. It's not good to drink without honey. Then add honey and stir with chopsticks. Finally we put the cup in the refrigerator.

过了半小时，我们把做好的冰沙拿出来，我赶快喝了一口，酸酸甜甜好喝极了。可是我有一个问题：为什么会有酸味呢？我想了很久，哦，原来是因为我们用了刚装酸奶的杯子，所以就有了酸味。

After half an hour, we took out the prepared smoothie. I took a quick sip. It was very sour, sweet and delicious. But I have a question: why does it taste sour? I thought for a long time, oh, it's because we used the cup that just filled the yoghurt, so we had the sour taste.
