今天是星期四，我们顶着炎热的太阳，举行了一场别开生面的呼啦圈比赛。

正在这时，老师说：“预备——开始！”同学们八仙过海，各显神通。我也不例外，使劲一晃动，哗啦圈也跟着我扭动的节奏晃动起来。我一失手腰被呼啦圈打着了，只好被淘汰了。再看看别人还转的起劲，心里惭愧极了！

一会儿，又有一个一个的同学被淘汰了。我心里总是害怕我们二组输了。可是场上还有我们组的两人在坚持，只见解家雨和胡新涛满头大汗，不停地转着呼啦圈。老师怕他们体力承受不起，只好善罢甘休。

紧接着我们又开始了攻击战。我和胡新涛比赛，说好三局两胜，前两局结果胡新涛都把我打得落花流水，我便败下阵来。最后一次我们两败俱伤。
