我学会了包饺子

一天，家里要包饺子，我问妈妈：“我可不可以一起包饺子呢？”妈妈回答说：“可以，让我来教你怎么包吧。”

妈妈先拿出一片饺子皮，然后再放上适量的肉，边上涂一点水。我问妈妈：“为什么要在饺子皮的边上涂上点水呢？”妈妈回答说：“如果涂上一点水的话，这个饺子皮的边就胶在一起了，放在热水里烧的时候，里面的肉不会掉出来。”然后，妈妈把饺子皮的两边粘在一起，揿一揿就包好了。

妈妈再包了几个给我看，然后我自己包了一个，但是我包的饺子不像妈妈包的饺子一样能站住，我再多包了几个，在包好第四个时候，我试了一下。啊，这个饺子我包得能站住了！
