爸爸做回锅肉

Dad makes double cooked pork

晚上，爸爸要做回锅肉，我们很高兴，在一旁看爸爸做。

爸爸拿了一块五花肉放入水里，煮开后取出来放冷，然后切成薄片，又在锅里放了些油，加入豆瓣酱炒香，过了一会儿爸爸把先切好的姜、葱、蒜放下去炒，又炒一会儿后把五花肉放进去。慢慢地蒜香、肉香扑鼻而来，整个厨房充满诱人的香味，我忍不住吞了一口口水。

Dad took a piece of streaky pork and put it in the water, boiled it and put it out for cooling, then cut it into thin slices, put some oil in the pot, add bean paste and stir fry it. After a while, dad put the cut ginger, onion and garlic down and stir fry it, and then put the streaky pork in. 上桌后，我迫不及待地吃了一块，啊，真是美味极了！我对爸爸说：“爸爸，你教我做好吗。”爸爸说：“等你长大一些再学吧。”
