不能用鞭炮吓人

有一天，小明想做一个有意思的鞭炮游戏。他正走在大街上，突然发现了三名女生也在做游戏。他又向四周瞅了瞅，又看见了小刚。主意想出来了，他走到小刚面前悄悄地说：“我们去放鞭炮吓吓她们。”
