第一次一个人睡觉

过新年了，爸爸说:你又长了一岁，应该自己睡觉了。我有一点害怕，吓得浑身哆嗦。爸爸看见我浑身哆嗦说：“你真是个胆小鬼。”于是，我决定非要自己一个人睡不可。

It's new year's day, dad said: you are one year old again, you should go to bed by yourself. I was a little scared and shivered. My father saw me shivering and said, "you are such a coward." So I decided to sleep alone.

我回到了自己的房间，马上从玩具箱里找了一个小圣诞老人，挂在墙上，让它守护我。可我还是不放心，就从书架上拿了一本超级厚的字典，放在了床边，如果有坏人出现，我就可以拿它当武器。然后我就关灯，上床睡觉了。

I went back to my room, and immediately found a little Santa Claus from the toy box, and hung it on the wall to protect me. But I still don't feel at ease. I took a super thick dictionary from the bookshelf and put it beside the bed. If there are bad people, I can use it as a weapon. Then I turned off the light and went to bed.

我躺在床上，看看四周，屋里黑洞洞的，墙就像要朝我挤压过来似的。我听到了窗外“噼里啪啦”的声音，我感觉就像鬼来了一样，这阴凄凄的声音传进了我的耳朵里，我吓得脸色苍白。我马上用被子蒙上脸，就像一个胆怯的蜗牛一样龟缩在壳里，连头都不敢露。我越想越怕，好像床下有鬼似的，渐渐我睡着了。我做了个梦，梦见一个骷髅要吃我。。。。。。

I lay on the bed and looked around. The room was dark, and the walls seemed to squeeze against me. I heard the sound of "crackling" outside the window. I felt like a ghost coming. The bleak voice came into my ears. I was pale with fear. I immediately covered my face with a quilt, like a timid snail, shrank in the shell, even afraid to expose my head. The more I think about it, the more I'm afraid. It's like there's a ghost under the bed. Gradually I fall asleep. I had a dream that a skeleton would eat me......

第二天，我起来一看，呀！我怎么在地上呢？我赶紧摸了一下我的身子和胳膊，还有腿。。。。。。我自言自语地说：“原来根本没有鬼。”我觉得自己真勇敢，能一个人睡觉了。

The next day, I got up to have a look! How am I on the ground? I quickly touched my body and arms, and legs...... I said to myself, "there was no ghost at all." I feel brave enough to sleep alone.
