我家的菜园子

在我家的阳台下有一大块空地，原来种了几棵松树，因为没有人管理，长满了杂草，树也没剩下几棵了。婆婆说：“空着太可惜了，不如把它变成我家的菜园吧。”

There is a large open space under my balcony. I planted several pine trees. Because there is no one to manage them, they are full of weeds, and there are few trees left. My mother-in-law said, "it's a pity to be empty. Let's turn it into my garden."

于是我们一起动手把空地清理出来，婆婆又买来四季豆；江豆；茶豆；冬瓜和南瓜的种子种了下去。一有时间就去浇水和施肥，还搭了一个架子。

So we started to clear the open space together, and my mother-in-law bought four beans, river beans, tea beans, winter melon and pumpkin seeds. As soon as I have time to water and fertilize, I also set up a shelf.

我也每天趴在阳台上看，盼望它快快长出来。过了几天一棵棵绿色的小脑袋从地里冒出来了。我又开始盼望它快快长大，好早一点吃上自己家种的菜。日子一天天的过去了，菜苗苗也一天天长大了，有的还爬上了婆婆为它们搭的架子。看着菜园里那一朵朵小花，我们全家的脸上都带着期待的笑容。

I also lie on the balcony every day, looking forward to it quickly grow out. After a few days, little green heads came out of the ground. I began to hope that it would grow up soon, so that I could eat my own vegetables earlier. Day by day, vegetable seedlings have grown up day by day, and some of them have climbed on the shelves built by their mother-in-law. Looking at the small flowers in the garden, our family's faces are full of expectant smiles.

小花开始掉了，我想不久我们就会吃上我们种的菜了吧！可是不知什麽原因有的花掉了却没结果。到了收获的时候我们在菜园里只摘到了一点点的菜。看着那一点点可怜巴巴的菜，我们都不忍心吃它们。最后妈妈把几样菜合起来炒了一盘，虽然很少，可我们还是觉的很香。因为这是我们的劳动成果。

The flowers are beginning to fall. I think we'll eat the vegetables we grow soon! But for some reason some of them have been spent, but they have no result. At the time of harvest, we only picked a little vegetables in the garden. We couldn't bear to eat those poor dishes. In the end, my mother combined several dishes and fried them. Although they were few, we still felt delicious. Because this is the result of our labor.
