独木桥上

一天，黑羊和白羊在独木桥上相遇了。

白羊说：“你给我让个路，因为我比你大一岁。”

"Give me a way," said the white sheep, "because I am one year older than you."

黑羊说：“你给我让个路，因为我的个子高。”

"Give me a way," said the black sheep, "because I am tall."

你一言，我一语，两个争论不休。都夸奖自已的长处，就是不让路。

One word from you, one word from me, and two arguments. All praise their own strengths, is not to make way.

争着，争着，白羊和黑羊开始斗角了。

突然，“扑通”一声，它俩都掉进了河里，由于水流得很急，他俩都冲走了。
