放风筝

星期天，爸爸和我去广场放风筝。走进广场抬头一看，广场上空飘着各种各样的风筝，有老鹰风筝，小鸟风筝……，五颜六色，特别漂亮。我的是金鱼风筝，我想我的风筝也不会比他们的差。

于是，我左手拿线，右手拿着风筝，开始放了。我把风筝使劲往空中一抛，就赶快迎风跑了起来，边跑边回头看，它慢慢地飞起来了。

So I took the string in my left hand and the kite in my right hand and started flying. As soon as I threw the kite into the air, I ran against the wind. As I ran, I looked back. It slowly flew up.

一会儿飞得高，一会儿飞得低，因为一会儿有风，一会儿没风。好像风在跟我作对似的，玩了一会儿，我说：“我的风筝飞不高，不好玩，我不玩了。”爸爸对我说：“做什么事都不是一帆风顺的，要有耐心！”我听了爸爸的话，又去放风筝了，正好，这时风大起来了，风筝很快飞起来了，而且风筝飞得越来越高，我高兴极了！我的风筝比别人的风筝飞得还高，像要飞向太空。

Sometimes it flies high, sometimes it flies low, because sometimes it's windy, sometimes it's windless. As if the wind was against me, after playing for a while, I said, "my kite doesn't fly high. It's not fun. I don't play anymore." My father said to me, "everything is not smooth. Be patient!" I listened to my father's words, and went to fly a kite again. Just then, the wind was strong, and the kite soon flew, and the kite flew higher and higher. I was very happy! My kite is higher than others' kite, like flying to space.

这时我想，要是我也是一只风筝飞向蓝天、飞向太空，该多好哇！……我喜欢放风筝，我更喜欢风筝世界。这个星期天，我不仅学会了放风筝，还懂得了做什么事都要有耐心，不半途而废才能取得成功。
